MECHAT DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR MECHAT OFFICIAL LEASES. 

 

SELLERS RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns are handled and processed by the digital property in question.  

By pushing the refund button on the questioned invoice, as initiated by the seller or buyer. Both parties are notified and buyers of products have 14 days from the date of receipt to return items before returns are submitted.

Sellers must post a return policy on the product details page and make it easily accessible to potential buyers. You must comply with these policies when a buyer requests a refund, return, or exchange. You are responsible for managing returns for your orders.

Additionally, 

  • If buyers are requesting a refund, items must be the same as what was presented to the buyer when placing their order.
  • Canceling a transaction, off platform, through third-party sources may result in your digital property being flagged for increased risk, suspension, or expulsion from service.
  • For additional information, ensure to review the refund policy and shipping policies of the digital property that you are purchasing from.
  • Full refunds are limited, generally partial refunds are provided with the deduction of any MeChat transaction and other service fees collected to facilitate the transaction. Additionally, MeChat does not refund shipping fees
  • All applicable refunds are dispersed to the same method buyers used to pay for items that you return, provided they are not final sale or excluded from the returns policy for damages.
