CHARGE BACK AND FRAUD DETECTION SYSTEM

MeChat implements a defense-in-depth security system to include preventing malicious transactions and chargebacks. Below are a few of our preventative detection solutions. 

General Detection

• On all invoices, MeChat name will display with a Dynamic Title in the following format: MeChat *Product Name
• Each digital wallet will form its own Sub TIDs to isolate suspicious accounts and prevent a single customer from shutting down the whole universe.
• Signed Agreement (includes KYC/AML, Terms, and more) by Digital Wallet owners
• Create sub categories for parent categories such as FINANCIAL SERVICES
• Check customer’s Business URL
  • to verify if customer really has a running website,
  • website must be on a HTTPS, or higher security transport protocol such as TLS
  • Verify through their quality and authenticity of business.
• NO FOREX ACCOUNTS
• CSV batch files for International transactions

Low Risk

• When REs add their first 3 products and services MeChat may take up to 24 -48 hours to view the products before making it live.

Medium and High Risk

• When REs add any products and services MeChat may take up to 24 -48 hours to view the products before making it live.
