What is ownership shares:

Entrepreneurs can pay a badge fee commensurate to how much of MeChat Universe the entrepreneur wants to own. Entrepreneurs will receive quarterly dividends as long as their membership is in good standing. Dividends and voting rights are divided based on the type of Shares you own (A, B, or C).

When and how to take ownership within the universe?

If you are using MeChat and have an idea to make our universe better, then we want to hear your roadmap on how you and your business will:

• take ownership of delivering that service to all entrepreneurs,
• expand the universe's user base,
• increase membership,
• promote the universe,

Are there any users without a badge?

No and Yes, they are called third parties. Third parties provide entrepreneurs with services until a partner can be obtain, however to access their business account they too must obtain a badge.
