Each CEO will have 3-5 years (1 term) to fill out this white page with content by building out their BreakOut from ground up. Like a franchise, MeChat will provide the platform, structure, and guidance and the CEO will be responsible for building a team, marketing, and making their Breakout profitable. MeChat Board of Directors will determine objectives that must be achieved within that 3-5 years.
If all objectives are met, the CEO will receive 12% ownership stake in MeChat as long as they remain CEO. If there is no objective achieved (or as minimum limit as set by the Board requires) then the CEO will receive 1% for every $10,000 you invested into building up your Breakout, up to
