Tell me my stupidity!

I live in an area with accommodation problems. Some can't build their own houses, some started but can't finish, some were able to build but without a good building plan and structure. So some of the building later failed. I want to solve this problem by providing buildings to the common man with the best price possible, best materials possible, best structural design possible, best clients installment payment possible and best labour payment possible.
