Job Title: Lead Salesman – MeChat Universe

Volunteers who want to support the mission as Lead Salesmen, helps expand the reach of MeChat Universe by enabling organizations to build educational programs that help learners:

  • Gain skills
  • Personalize their learning

  • Enter the economy with a real plan

 

Position Overview

The Lead Salesman for MeChat Universe is responsible for driving new partnerships and closing high-value accounts from organizations looking to build and launch their own Learning Management Systems. This role focuses on selling MeChat Universe to schools, corporate training programs, and community organizations that want to turn knowledge, training, or programs into upgradable digital learning platforms.

This class will teach Lead Salesman how to become a top performer and appointment setter.

 

Key Salesmen Responsibilities

  • Identify and close new clients who want to launch a MeChat Universe LMS.
  • Prospect and build relationships with schools, training organizations, businesses, coaches, and institutions.
  • Lead sales calls and emails toward scheduling the welcome call.
  • Represent MeChat Universe at events, networking opportunities, and industry meetings.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to explain digital platforms, education technology, or LMS systems to non-technical clients.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage a pipeline and meet sales targets.
  • Leadership ability to guide other sales representatives as the team grows.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment.
