Samsung is scheduled to launch the flagship Galaxy S21 series next month, it is expected that Galaxy Buds Pro will also be launched in the same event. The design of Samsung’s Galaxy Buds Pro was already leaked by the famous leaker Evan Blass, last week. This time the features of the upcoming Galaxy Buds have been leaked, via an android plugin app known as “Galaxy Buds Pro”.
The detailed analysis and teardown of this companion apk file, for Galaxy Buds Pro, has revealed some great features for the upcoming flagship wireless buds from Samsung. One of the flagship features is a spatial audio feature just like its rival Apple AirPods Pro. Interestingly, Samsung will utilize head tracking technology to deliver surround experience of theatre, in the Galaxy Buds. The feature will be like a 3D audio for videos for an enhanced immersive experience. Moreover, this feature will only work on Samsung devices with Android 11 onboard.
These Galaxy Buds Pro will also be able to detect voice. It will then enable conversation mode, which will allow the media volume to decrease to allow the conversation to take place by the user. It will also increase the media volume afterwards, once it stops detecting your voice after a set duration of time. This feature will be known as “Ambient Mode”.
Moreover, these wireless buds will also be equipped with noise cancellation technology, just like the previously released Galaxy Buds Live. the user can enable only one setting at a time between “Ambient Mode” and “Active Noise Cancellation”. As it is a Samsung accessory, so it goes without saying that earbuds will come with Bixby integration. The One UI will also have dedicated widgets for battery and quick actions for earbuds.
Samsung has scheduled an event for January 14 for Galaxy S21 series smartphones. These Galaxy earbuds will initially be available in three colors which are black, silver and violet.
